Serra de Laba (Brain Bank 7/1)

This is a photograph taken at night of a landmark in Angola called the Serra de Laba. The Serra de Laba is a mountain pass in the African country that is photographed often. National Geographic photographer, Kostadin Luchansky, took this photograph at night with an exposure time of a couple minutes as two cars drove along the road leading through the mountain pass. I find this image really awe inspiring for a couple reasons. First I feel it is just visually stunning, the bright path of headlights contrasted by the dark foggy setting is amazing. Also, I feel this photo has great potential for story telling. It shows a path along a period of time.
